Kym Rock’s (F.L.A.G) Fight Like A Girl is an eighteen year proven program of unique techniques and skills developed by Kym Rock to teach women and girls to think smarter and get away from an attacker, abductor or abuser. It is designed to teach women and girls to think smarter and has the necessary skills and awareness to keep themselves out of dangerous personal situations AND to get away from an attacker. The mission is to make a difference in the horrendous statistics of violence and abuse in our country and around the world. 
The program encompasses seminars and on-going classes that empower women and children to have greater self-esteem through knowledge of these life-saving skills and to fulfil their dreams.  

Kym Rock's Fight Like A Girl is fun, always active and creates a loyal community of ladies and girls. Fight Like A Girl seminars and classes are hands-on, entertaining, and filled with practical skills that are practised with each participant.  The techniques are simple, targeted to each age group and highly effective for creating a window of escape.
